Production systems built at HumanityLink, from NGO outreach over SMS and WhatsApp to climate advisories for smallholder farmers.
A community-facing climate advisory for smallholder farmers in Honduras, delivered over WhatsApp in Spanish. Turns free satellite and forecast data plus a farmer's location, crop, and sowing date into planting, drought, and canícula guidance. Funded by Irish Aid for GOAL Honduras.
A monday.com app for conversational outreach over SMS, WhatsApp, and RCS. Survey mode guides recipients through a questionnaire with an AI assistant; Decide mode runs a source-grounded assistant (RAG) that can hand off into a survey.
A CRM-agnostic communications and survey platform. PostgreSQL + Drizzle is the system of record with row-level-security multi-tenancy, 16 domain modules behind ports-and-adapters boundaries, outbox and queues, and OpenAPI-generated clients. In progress.
The core SaaS of the EmpowerLink product family: Express Core and Email APIs, an EspoCRM extension, Twilio Flex and Studio flows, and voice surveys over TwiML. Deployed to GKE via Terraform and Cloud Build.
